Chef Rescue is owned and operated by Chef Mikki, a graduate of The Art Institute of Dallas, where she earned her Associate Degree of Applied Science in the Culinary Arts with honors and received her Certified Culinarian status.    She is a native of Dallas, Texas where her Hispanic mother and German father raised her to appreciate the many blessings of family and food.

Chef Mikki is a member of the Personal Chefs Network and the American Culinary Federation.  She also holds her Certification in Food Safety with the National Restaurant Association and the Texas Beverage Association. 

Interests include tending to her herb and vegetable garden, wakeboarding, scuba diving anywhere the water is clear and blue and, of course, cooking wonderful meals to entertain her family and friends.
